Tim Wilyman Chartered Surveyors was founded by Tim Wilyman FRICS in 2009. Before then, Tim spent much of his career working in large national firms of surveyors, working across the UK in southern and central Scotland, the Lake District, Lancashire and Yorkshire before settling on the South Coast.
