Our company
We operate a number of different business from our shop/studio/workshop in Highcliffe and folks who come through the door always leave amazed at the diversity of products and also what a nice friendly bunch of people we are here.
We started out with the core business of producing and distributing rubber stamps (the proprietor has been in the rubber stamp business for nearly 22 years)and although the majority of our sales are to other commercial enterprises, now having the retail presence we are supplying more and more craft type stamps to the general public - by using the latest in technology, we can make virtually any design of stamp within 5-10 minutes of a customer entering the shop which proves very popular.
This improvement in production methods has enabled us to have the time to diversify into other branches of business such as vinyl graphics and signs, personalised apparel and the very popular ranges of wood models and artistic decorations. A couple of years ago a local business owner came in to buy a stamp for her business of personalised gifts which she marketed via her website meenymineymo.com and as a partner with Not On The High Street. We got chatting about our abilities, as we do with our customers, and came to an arrangement whereby we engraved the wooden models which she sold on her sites with names and dates etc., giving another string to her business. Then one day she rang and asked us if we wanted to buy her out as she wanted to pursue a life-long ambition down another avenue. We could see potential and improvements which we could make so we negotiated a deal.
