Ayesha (AKA The Real Boss) has worked at JAM Marketing since September 2010 as a marketing executive and was later promoted to office manager. Ayesha studied English Literature, media studies and psychology at South Tyneside College. Her role is to ensure that the rest of the Jammy Dodgers do their jobs! She coaches the students in her care too, who are all studying marketing, PR or media degrees. Ayesha is a writer by trade and is able to oversee any editorial / press content that is written in the office. She is also the daughter of MD Jackie Marston and the intention is that she one day will take over the business, whilst mummy dearest relaxes and enjoys the good life!
Adam started with JAM in May 2014. He’s currently studying a degree in Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland and began coming into the JAM offices voluntarily when he was on holiday and days off. This very recently led to him being offered a part time position with JAM. An aspiring news and sports writer, Adam handles the writing of press releases and editorials as well as chipping in on other jobs wherever needed. He’s more than happy to help out where he can (and even makes a decent cup of tea). Due to graduate in the summer of 2016, he’s picked up a few hints, tips and tricks about his writing and has noted how his experiences with the JAM team have helped develop his skills as a writer with his copy becoming more concise, clear and flowing.
