Image Surgeons Ltd is an established company that specialises in high quality personalised products. Our in house qualified consultants have the ability to conduct premium graphic enhancements to your images and surgically transfer your own art work onto a wide range of products and surfaces.
We have invested in the latest technology to give our prints the edge over any other competitor with our ink guarantee of 75 years. We offer a range of wall product such as personalised canvas and the ever so popular Acrylic and Acrylic photo block. We transfer images and text onto clothing as well as sports wear.
Image Surgeons was formed when there was a high demand for wall prints as well as photo gifts and personalised clothing prints. There were few businesses that offered this all under one roof. The demand was there so we decided to invest in the latest technology to allow us to create a whole range of personalised photo gifts.
That was not the only reason. For us we provide an excellent customer service as well as an excellent final product for our customer to take away. If you visit us in store we can give you that advice that you cannot receive from a website or edit your images that may have that crease or fold in as well as remove red eye etc. You can physically view our product when you visit us as well ensure your getting the quality product you deserve.
We offer free deliveries on all orders over £200.00. We use a range of couriers to ensure you get you products on time.
Our products are completed by our staff that are trained to use our state of the art equipment to ensure you get the quality product you deserve.
Start of by choosing a product and uploading one of your favourate photos.
We will print and post your products within 3 days of ordering.
All of our products are always in stock, allowing delivery to be within 3-7 working days (dependant on the product) once we have received confirmation of your order. We will notify you of any such delays if we cannot get your order turned around in this time.
Most of our orders are shipped using professional courier companies if not Royal Mail. We operate a full online order tracking service with all product deliveries, enabling you to track your delivery via an email linking you to the courier systems.
As we provide a variety of products where the size and weight of an item can differ, we do not have set prices we charge. This also applies to if your buying multiples. Our costs determine how fragile the product is and how much the product weighs.
Typical charges for a standard United Kingdom delivery start from £2.50 including vat. A delivery charge will be added once you confirm your order at checkout
You can cancel your order at any time prior to receiving your order confirmation. This can be done via email or phone quoting your reference number.
As Image Surgeons products are personalised we can only accept returns if the product has been damaged in transit or by a manufacturing defect. All products must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of despatch at the discretion of our customer service team. If there is nothing wrong with the product you may incur another charge for delivery.
Ordering From Image Surgeons
When you choose your product through our website, you will be able to use our online tools to upload and edit your photos. Simply go to the product you wish to order and click "Create". If you prefer, you can send your photos to us via email or on a CD. You can find our address on our Contact Page. If you would like us to return your CD, please supply us with a stamp addressed envelope.
We can scan images in store to print onto a product of your choice but we cannot scan any photograph that is larger than an A4 piece of paper. Contact us for more details.

Payment for product purcahses can be made using a variety of methods. We only accept GBP sterling. We accept card payments from Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo and JCB. You can also make payment via PayPal and World Pay.
