All our staff are fully trained in pet care and dedicated to the welfare of your animals. All of our staff have animals themselves from hamster’s to horse’s. Whether you’re a new owner looking for advice or expert we have a wealth of knowledge to help you along the way.
We offer a bespoke fitting services on all Hats, Body Protectors and Air Jackets so you can be confident that your safety products are up to date, fit and are right for the discipline you have in mind.

We believe in and promote responsible pet ownership. Not only are pets great companions and family members but there is evidence that they can help reduce stress in adults and help children to learn about life and even do better at school!
If you are thinking of buying a pet our trained staff will spend time with you to make sure that you choose the best pet to suit yours and the animal’s lifestyle. Please be aware we are only able to sell pets to customers who are over the age of 18.

Certain products are guaranteed for 12 months with a manufacturers guarantee, valid from the date of receipt and providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations (fair wear and tear). If you have any questions regarding the guarantee, please ask your Pet N Pony sales consultant when making your order. In the event of any dispute or uncertainty about the validity of the item for replacement or refund under the guarantee, Pet N Pony reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for their own assessment and feedback. We are pleased to quote for exporting orders overseas. Postage is charged at cost, (minimum £4.99).
The VAT may be deducted on orders to non EU countries addresses by dividing the price shown by 1.20. (If the item indicates that the product is zero rated then no VAT is deducted.)
We will send you a quotation for the delivery cost upon receipt of your order, and will await your confirmation to proceed.
Please note it is your responsibility for payment of any import duties so please contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm if you are not sure.
