JCM has recently provided ground work and builders-work sub-contract packages at one of our critical sites. The nature of the project generally was subject to much internal discussion due to the potential risk to business during the change period. The JCM manager and site team involved immediately understood the concerns and fully committed to the company processes and project programme that needed to be followed. Despite the stop start nature of the programmed works JCM consistently provided the support required – on occasions at short notice to overcome unplanned site issues – to allow the project to be successfully completed. The standard and spec of the work was inspected throughout by an independent consultant and presented no issues. House-keeping and health & safety received the correct level of attention. I would recommend and work with JCM for future similar works.
