With the business growing, Kate joined the Administration Team in June 2016 to support Emma. Kate previously worked in Dubai for 3 years as an Office Manager before returning to the UK. She provides great support for the day to day running of the office and is first contact when customers call in.
Originally from Czech Republic, Veronika is a qualified Fitness Instructor and the newest addition to the ever growing AG Dental Team as our Book-Keeper. She also provides further admin support for the day to day running of the business alongside Kate.
A member of our Dental Engineering Team will work with you to firstly attend to the problem with urgency, helping by telephone where possible to talk you through a temporary solution. Our ethos here is to get you back to work as soon as possible with minimum fuss.
Our Dental Engineering Team carry a large range of genuine spares on the vans and a range of loan equipment to help if needed and we install this where possible until a permanent solution is arranged, such as installing a new piece of dental equipment or carrying out a workshop repair on your own dental equipment. Our Dental Engineering Team have access to a fully operational workshop and can carry out repairs to your equipment if needed.
