ABOUT NEWELL'S PROJECTS LIMITED
The company was originally started by David Newell, Managing Director in 1991 and soon became a major Plumbing and Heating Contractor within the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire area carrying out works within the new housing sector for many of the National House Developers as well as smaller local builders. This also developed into Newell’s being entrusted with the contracts for the Heating and Plumbing installations of University Student Accommodation in Lincoln, Loughborough and Sheffield this included the 1300 bedroom development known as The Pavilions in Lincoln. The Heating and Plumbing division is currently operating with an order book of £3.5 million.
Over the ensuing years Newell’s Projects has developed into the much larger company that we are today, based on the outskirts of Doddington near Lincoln within easy access to the A46 we occupy several of the commercial properties on the multipurpose five acre industrial site that Newell’s developed themselves to meet their own needs as well as that of other local business.
