First experience in the financial service industry joining Barclays as a Personal Account manager. Working closely with the team at Churchside has enabled me to expand my role within financial services and establish key relationships with lenders and protection providers which in turn benefits our clients
Tim joined the family owned firm having served in the Royal Airforce for 4 years as an Aeronautical Helicopter engineer, he was called up for an operational tour in Afghanistan. He is now well in to his career in the financial services. Tim is also a qualified personal trainer and has a wealth of experience in health matters which goes hand in hand when advising on the correct protection needs.
My main experience involves customer service and office administration. I provide support for the advisers assisting with administration of new mortgages and protection policies. Other responsibilities include, accounts, monitoring stationery and office supplies. Churchside Financial Planning has given me the opportunity to feel part of an expanding business and learn from the experienced team I work with. Qualified in Customer services at Advanced & Intermediate Level.

It may be you are extremely busy and don’t have the time to arrange your mortgage and insurances during your normal working day. We aim to provide a service which takes most of the workload away from you and a flexible approach so we can arrange appointments and updates for you at a time to suit you, whether this is during the day, evenings or week-ends. We are based in Lancashire and for local customers we can provide a face to face service, if you wish.
For customers throughout the rest of the UK we provide a telephone and internet based service with the flexibility to meet your lifestyle.
We have our own in-house Mortgage specialists, dedicated to guiding clients through the home financing process. Whether a client is buying their first home, stepping up the ladder or looking to grow a Buy to Let property portfolio our advisers can help them to achieve their goals and aspirations. In addition we will advise on the most suitable ways to protect the family, home and lifestyle from financial struggle.
Stage Two - Product Analysis & Presentation of Key Facts
Acting as a contact point between the Estate Agent, Lender and Solicitor on behalf of the client to help keep the process on track. We will provide both the client and any other related parties as appropriate with regular updates to help ensure that the entire application process is conducted as smoothly as possible.
Once the mortgage has completed we will remain proactive in keeping the client abreast with any relevant information, to see what new mortgage deals may be suitable for them and where possible, to address any changes in their circumstances. A minimum of three months before the end of the specified product rate we will be in touch to arrange a review meeting in order that the client can continue to enjoy a competitive & suitable mortgage deal rate when their current product finishes.
