I set up Chiaro Consultancy Limited in August 2009 having previously worked as a regulatory consultant for the law firm Beachcroft LLP, and the accountancy firms KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
I have been advising on financial services regulatory matters since 1992 and I have work in the financial services industry for over 30 years. I specialise in conduct of business issues and I have helped numerous firms, big and small, on conduct of business standards including remedial exercises and customer contact programmes covering pensions sales (transfers, ETVs, SIPPs), mortgage endowments, broader wealth management advice, mortgages.
