Formed before the introduction of the SIA we were one of the first companies to move away from the stereotypical image of the “bouncer” towards the articulate, courteous, presentable & competent professional of today. In keeping with this we are always looking for ways to improve our service provision through internal auditing and current British standards implementing speedy processing practices to ensure that your requests and enquiries are acted upon quickly.
Pavilion Security Services Ltd has a unique approach to the provision of door supervisors.
All are door supervisors are SIA licensed and trained, which allows us to provide a completely flexible service approach and provision to our customers. Our aim is to continue to improve on these high standards. All potential employees are interviewed by our Training & Development Team and such is our insistence on quality that 75% of applicants are unsuccessful.
All our staff are fully trained in Emergency procedures, Fire & Drug Awareness, Incident Recording, Health & Safety and Conflict Management. We implement assignment instructions covering operational procedures specific to each individual site, which is used to help staff work to their maximum potential. 15% of our staff have an NVQ in providing security services. We are always looking to enhance our staffs skill sets.
All are security operatives follow a strict code of conduct which is constantly monitored, as is their performance by full time area supervisors and managers. With our Quality Assurance, and the high standards that Pavilion Security Services Ltd are known so well for.
