ABOUT TOMAS & PHILLIPS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED

Morris Tomas and Andy Phillips formed the company in 2009 to help developers, land owners, investors and self-builders make their plans a reality. The primary aim of the company is to deliver your project on time, on budget and to your specification.

T&P's Design and Build contracts make every build unique by listening to the clients needs and wishes. An experienced design team of architects and structural engineers paying attention to the smallest of details will give the necessary support throughout the build. A highly skilled team of tradesmen will help to deliver the finished product to the very best standards and their management team will oversee and deliver on time.

Born and educated in Sydney, Australia with over 30 years experience within the construction industry. Studied carpentry and joinery for 4 years whilst gaining experience in a family run construction business.

After graduating, worked on many large residential and commercial projects along east coast of Australia progressing to becoming a Project/Contracts Manager for a multi national company. Moved to UK in 1996. Established a subcontracting business after meeting Andy that rapidly developed into a Main Contractor company which now specialises in Design & Build new builds.

Whilst studying for carpentry for 4 years Andy gained experience on many projects within the capital and the south east. In the past 20 years he has worked for Laing Homes, Crest Nicholson Homes and St Georges on some of the largest projects in the capital which helped Andy gain the knowledge and experience to start Tomas & Phillips Construction.

Coming from a trade background Andy's main interest is structural engineering which has helped him develop a good understanding of building over the past 20 years.
