Dave managed his own successful multi-sector recruitment consultancy for over 12 years, and now supports a number of growing recruitment businesses throughout the UK, with specialisms across a wide range of markets. He's able to share a real depth of industry knowledge, as well as providing support and advice on the day-to-day management of your new business.
Rob has been involved in the design and development of enterprise IT systems since the late 90s, and recruitment software specifically since 2002. Backed by Paul and 2 senior contractors (design & development), he’s responsible for the systems you’ll use on a daily basis and his expertise will help you to leverage technology and ensure your business remains in step with industry changes.
Sarah is a degree qualified, ACCA affiliate accountant, with over 15 years’ experience across both accountancy practices and industry. Supported by Alison, Kay and Donnelly Bentley, she’s responsible for ensuring your company’s accounts function runs smoothly, leaving you to concentrate on client and candidate relationships.
Kay is a Sales Ledger Manager with over 12 years’ Finance Office experience. She looks after your Credit Control function, helping to ensure your clients pay their invoices on time. Kay also broadly supports the accounts function, working with Alison to ensure temps / contractors are paid correctly, and with Sarah to ensure your clients’ invoice queries are resolved quickly and professionally.
Paul splits his time between supporting Rob in the development of our systems (Recruitment Software, Company Websites, Online Timesheets & Accounting Software Integration) and supporting our associate directors and their consultants with any technical queries. Paul makes sure your day is spent generating fees, rather than swearing at your laptop!
Alison is an AAT qualified, Member in Practice accountant, with over 25 years’ experience across both Practice & Industry. In addition to supporting Sarah in producing Management Accounts for your company, she ensures that you, your consultants and any temps / contractors are paid correctly each month / week.
Len has built successful businesses across a number of industries for over 30 years, and spent several years as the Finance Director of a recruitment business. He provides strategic input, challenging ideas and planning to help ensure growth across both Hilton Lord and our associate companies.

Donnelly Bentley is a firm of Chartered Accountants, retained by Hilton Lord to provide Accounting services to your business.

We look after your invoicing, bookkeeping, VAT, etc, and Donnelly Bentley look after the preparation of your accounts at Year End and your Company Return. And they won’t charge you a penny.
