ABOUT FRANKLY RECRUITMENT LIMITED

Frankly Recruitment was established in 2009 in the midst of the recession. A recruitment agency born with the aim of raising standards within the industry. We insist that all our recruiters are qualified and abide by the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) code of conduct. This ensures that both candidates and clients receive a professional service that gives jobseekers equal importance to hirers in the process. Of course, we are equal opportunity employers and will not discriminate on behalf of our clients under any circumstances. 

At the beginning, Frankly Recruitment recruited for any jobs in Swindon. As the years went on we became specialists in the commercial market and not just locally but nationally too. Office jobs are our predominant sector. In 2017 Frankly Professional was separated as an executive recruitment division; this was to recognise the different needs of our clients, and allowing assignments to be worked by day rate contractors as well as by PAYE temporaries. 

The success of Frankly Recruitment and Frankly Professional is due to the calibre of our Recruitment Consultants. We have cherry picked the best talent in the South West; those that are passionate not just about their role but the recruitment industry as a whole. Service is at the core of each and every person that works at Frankly and everyone we come into contact with is treated with kindness and respect. 

The recruitment industry is continually changing. Frankly Recruitment are forward thinking and quickly embrace changes within the market, legislation and with how we carry out our role. Our website is user friendly and constantly updated. We have a lively social media presence and offer all jobseekers access to our free app so we can reach them wherever they are. 

Three of the team left Area Manager and Manager roles to join Frankly Recruitment as they saw our ways of working as the future of the industry. Our ways of working are not rigid but our standards are. The environment is upbeat, supportive and ideas are explored – nothing is set in stone. We may be biased but we believe we have the best recruitment team in the South West!

Amanda is obsessed with Frankly and the colour green! She lives and breathes the business and is the person responsible for the marketing and branding as well as filling in the gaps when required. Having been on the board of the REC is a passionate ambassador for service and quality; Amanda loves the recruitment industry.

Jo has boundless energy for all her clients and candidates and 22 years recruitment experience. As the business has grown Jo has taken ownership of both Frankly Recruitment and Frankly Professional and is known in the office as "Queen Green"!

If you call Frankly, Beth will be answering the phone! An intelligent and ambitious apprentice, Beth ensures everyone who visits our office receives a warm welcome and a cup of tea! Whilst studying for her business administration qualification Beth has been identified not only as an ambassador for Frankly but for QA Apprenticeships too!

Our short listing methods are robust and thorough. By the time you receive a CV from Frankly Recruitment they will have complied with an agreed range of steps and tests. 

It takes time to pre-screen candidates. If we are working multi-agency we won't compromise our standards, however we will provide you with a list of names that are being screened as a way of introduction to your business. Our screening process includes;

We are both individual members and corporate members. We abide by the code of conduct of the REC. Our consultants are either Fellows of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP) or qualified members (MIRP).
