It can be a real problem finding a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy company to carry out routine servicing, repairs and offer equipment sales, but the team at DecaDent have been wonderful. Not only do they respond quickly to problems with equipment but have a great pool of knowledge between them all. We have used them often for all our servicing, as well as supplying equipment for our new surgery.
Den Dental Group has been using DecaDent since April 2013. The service they offer is exceptional. I can’t speak highly enough of Mike Bojko for servicing our chairs and suction motors, his experience and knowledge outweighs any of the previous companies we have used in the past. Managing the equipment for a fairly large company, the communication I receive from Mike is excellent, I am kept up to date and informed of everything that is going on in every one of our practices. The communication extends to the DecaDent office; the service is fantastic. The team are very professional and give you their undivided attention however big or small the job. They respond very quickly and are always on the end of the phone. They also keep me informed of every stage from ordering and lead times right through to when products have been dispatched.

The DecaDent Team have been fantastic. Miles was proactive in starting the project and pushing it forwards, rather than us chasing him (as so often happens). He made an appointment to visit us and present the proposals, rather than send them on an email. (Much more personal). The “turn-key” service was exactly what he promised. Any problems were dealt with by the Decadent Team. Yes! Use Decadent! They do what they promise.
Miles and the DecaDent Team offered me a great service from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to other dentist’s considering refurbishing their practice. If there was one bit of advice I could offer it would be ‘go for the A-dec 500 chair, it is the best and most comfortable and technically advanced chair I have ever used; wonderful!
'In order to achieve "best practice" we decided to install a decontamination room in our Grade 2 listed building. Miles Tucker from DecaDent arrived promptly, following my call, to plan and advise. We quickly came up with a plan, and I had plans drawn within a week. The workmen arrived two weeks later, I have rarely seen more committed or tidier workers, within a total of five working days it was done! Cabinets, flooring, plumbing, decoration and equipment.
