At Bridge Heating & Gas Services we specialise in providing heating services and commercial gas installation to property developers, building contractors, landlords and facilities managers.
We are members of the Institute of Gas Engineers & Managers and all of our engineers are Gas Safe registered and are fully qualified to work on, test and certify all types of commercial gas installations.
We are a privately owned Limited company, and are members of the National Gas Safety Register.
Bridge Heating & Gas Services was established in 2006 and has built an outstanding reputation in the Essex and London area. We believe that our high quality of work and services is what makes us unique. Our flexible approach helps contractors, landlords and facilities managers alike to keep their contracts and businesses moving in the right direction.
We are fully compliant with all industry safety standards and exercise extreme diligence at all times. Our work falls into four main categories:
We test, service and repair boilers as well as carry out gas safety inspections. We also conduct domestic gas safety tests and provide the appropriate certification for landlords, local authorities and residential letting agents.
We price each job according to its requirements and supply a no-obligation quote. We are happy to pre-agree fixed scales of charging for main contractors, or when supplying ongoing maintenance services. For more information on specific tasks, please see our pricing page.

Based at Brentwood, in Essex, Bridge Heating & Gas Services is ideally situated for quick and convenient site attendance throughout Essex, East London and Central London. We provide maintenance services on both a contract and non-contract basis, working with managers of all kinds of industrial and commercial property to ensure, through programmes of regular testing, repair and replacement, that their heating and hot water systems suffer absolute minimal problems.
All of our gas maintenance and repair services come with fully accredited safety testing and certification, and we are authorised to carry out all tests, and issue all certificates, appropriate to the safety of commercial gas, or residential gas in properties owned by commercial landlords.
We offer a full service including gas pipework design, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
For commercial and tenanted properties we provide accredited gas safety testing and certification.
