Windows stay cleaner for longer when cleaned with pure water, and we recommend the optimum cleaning frequency for most people is every 8 weeks. If you want your windows cleaned more frequently we may be able to accommodate a 4 weekly service dependent on location, so please ask, but also note the prices remain the same. Due to our schedules we are unable to offer a service that is less frequent than every 8 weeks, or one off cleans.

Although tap water looks clean, it actually contains a lot of dissolved chemicals and minerals. These amounts vary from from hard to soft water areas, but it is these minerals (mainly calcium and magnesium) that leave the white residue you often see when windows have been cleaned with tap water. Water purification de-mineralises and de-ionises tap water to remove these impurities and produce pure water, which is an excellent product to clean windows for several reasons:

Krokus Window Cleaning Limited was originally formed in August 2009, as Khameleon Window Cleaning Limited, and has been growing steadily ever since. Our head office is based in Billingshurst in West Sussex but our customer base expands daily and now stretches from Horsham to Cranleigh, down to Haslemere, and back across to Cowfold, taking in many of the towns and villages in between.
We started because we found it difficult to find regular reliable window cleaners, who looked the part, and did what they said they would do. So far we have picked up many customers along the way who have had the same problems, and the majority of our new business now comes from recommendation.
Our mission is to do what we say we will, which is:
Turn up regularly, take care of your property including the house, flower beds, and everything else you work so hard to look after. We close gates behind us, don't climb over locked gates, walls or roofs unless you have given us permission, and offer guarantees for the quality of our work.
Our staff are presentable, wear uniforms, drive identifiable company vehicles and are 100% accountable.
