You will be a confident, articulate and highly motivated person who is competitive, bright, target driven and who ideally has some previous experience within sales (face to face and / or telephone sales). You will possess a solid aptitude and passion to learn new skills, our process and also aspects of technology. And, as our business is a people business, you will have an instinctive ability to listen, ask intuitive questions and quickly build rapport.

*Commission is paid upon the successful placement of an apprentice sourced candidate, for each placement you will be paid £300. We have very realistic expectations and would expect you to place one to two candidates a month, as your experience grows, so will your chances to tap into our uncapped commission structure.
