FOSO is an independent local family run business that started over 20 years ago as Twyfords Café in Beccles at Twyford House.

Since opening the Bakery we have developed our range of products, and we are constantly looking at the market to incorporate new trends.

We opened our own bakery in 2014, as our growth allowed us to bake and make our own products. Freshly baked from ingredients locally sourced.

This expansion was supported by the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership through the Growing Business Fund and Small Grant Schemes’. More information can be found at

we are a local East Anglian family run company offering a full catering solution. We have our own in house bakery and coffee & cocoa roastery, where we bake our own bread, make all our own cakes, and roast our own coffee & cocoa beans using local produce and suppliers wherever possible. No complicated contracts no lease costs, no inflated ingredient prices. You give us the space and we will do the rest.

The best from Suffolk, our Bean to Cup Coffee. Richard, joint founder of the business has been roasting coffee for the last three years using our own secret blend which has been perfected over time.
