James is a leading central London residential valuer known for a having a straight forward personable approach which helps him to achieve consistently good results for his clients.
Over the past 15 years James has been involved in all aspects of residential valuation in central London, first with Douglas and Gordon holding the position of Associate Director in their Valuation Department, and then with Knight Frank where he was a Partner in their specialist Leasehold Reform Department which has been involved in many of the leading enfranchisement test cases. In 2009 he established Fanshawe White with Angus Fanshawe, a niche residential valuation practice based in Chelsea specialising in leasehold reform.
