Conclude Ltd was set up in 2009 in an aim to fill a gap in the residential, retail and commercial construction sectors. The team at Conclude realised that clients were demanding the management systems, skill portfolio and quality processes often found only in the larger multinational contractors but with the desire not to pay the overhead costs that are then associated. By forming a team around individuals whom have held management positions at companies such as Laing O'Rourke, Turner and Townsend and ISG PLC, Conclude Ltd have been able to retain the systems and protocol whilst remaining competitive.

The past four years has seen relationships with clients and developers working in a variety of sectors being formed and has meant Conclude Ltd and its staff have delivered some key developments meeting the demands of the of this diverse customer base across a selection of new office, residential and high street retail space. Our reputation for effective cost control, achievement of deadlines, procurement and project management as well as quality of delivery has led to a large value of repeat business and has meant that the team has carefully expanded to encompass some of the most innovative and creative individuals in the industry.
