Louise Robinson has been with Paradigm since 1999 and currently heads up the Contracting division within the company. Previously Louise was the Lead Consultant for both the Technical and Sales Divisions running a team of consultants and researchers as well as managing a number of key accounts.

Since then, we have witnessed the evolution of this market through start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, buy-outs and organic growth. Our initial relationships with small regional providers have evolved into International partnerships with Global Organisations across EMEA, Asia and the United States.

Paradigm was formed to exploit the talent of our Consultants in a company dedicated to the Telecoms and IT industry. Our current team of Consultants have embraced these existing relationships dating back to the mid-90’s and are constantly developing new partnerships with emerging companies.

The geographical map below outlines the number of assignments in percentage terms that Paradigm has completed in each region over the previous five fiscal years. In that time frame Paradigm has completed over 470 assignments in 16 different countries to give you a true reflection of our activity and more importantly our capabilities and reach. Paradigm has always had a strong presence in the UK and Europe but the past three years the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pac now form a growing proportion of our business.
