This concentration entirely on Wills, Probate and elderly client matters allows us to have extensive knowledge and up to date information in this area enabling us to provide excellent advice.
As a small firm we are able to provide a personal service to our clients taking time to discuss your needs and wishes as an individual.
We provide Will writing and other legal service in the West Midlands including Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Dudley. We also cover Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire including Redditch and Bromsgrove.
previously spent 16 years working as a solicitor dealing with Wills, Probate & Property matters. She is now a member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers and the firm complies with the Institute’s Code of Conduct. Sue holds the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (
) Certificate in Advanced Will Preparation and in Trusts and Estates. A STEP qualification is considered the industry’s highest qualification. The firm holds full professional indemnity insurance.
spent 26 years working in retail banking before training in the law of wills and succession with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She has been with Sue Jenden Associates since 2009 and is a full member of the IPW and a student member of STEP.
