Our fees are fully inclusive of taxes and expenses. In all cases listed below our service includes the following: Talk to you over the phone, understand your needs and provide a verbal or emailed fee quote. Visit your property, meet you and inspect structure. Measure up affected area. Hold an on site conference with you explaining how we will go about the design. In our office we carry out structural analysis, calculations and A4 size drawings with a plan, sections, details and a specification for a qualified builder to follow. We will fill in the Building Regulations form (you have to pay the fee and apply direct). Be available over the phone to answer your queries.
