Having spent all their careers in the construction industry, the Directors bring diverse but complementary skills to grow the Group further, strategically building on the momentum in the business.

The Board will ensure the G&H Group is lean and agile both financially and in terms of adopting new ways of working; a business of first choice; to challenge convention by adopting a greater culture of innovation throughout the organisation; and, to ultimately deliver an even better level of service for clients.
Under his leadership the business has grown from a handful of employees into a 100-plus workforce that works across the UK.
Graham leads the Group’s strategic development, direction and delivery, taking an active role and instilling a culture of perfection throughout the business.
Mark underpins the Group’s business plan commitment and desire to strategically secure large-scale projects with existing and new clients.
Andrew established the Sustainability division and contributes to all business aspects within the Group from a development and strategic perspective.
As a chartered engineer he also provides technical support to our in-house design team.
Andrew takes an active client facing role within the business and also provides support to the pre-construction team.
David is responsible for contracts in a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, education and leisure, liaising directly with businesses and consultants.
Training courses are provided by a safety maintenance company; specialist courses are carried out at Leeds College of Building; and, the IPAF trains operatives in the use of cherry pickers/MEWPS.
This approach has helped us achieve significant results over a sustained period.
Our purpose-built, controlled facility at the Group’s headquarters provides the perfect environment for us to design, create and test tailor made products.
Clients benefit greatly from off-site fabrication: quality is improved; time is saved; costs reduced; productivity increased; bespoke designs created; safety enhanced; and, more space freed on-site.
