As Managing Director of Quality Care Insurance Services, Darren brings over 25 years of Insurance experience to the company of which 20 years is within the Care industry. Darren’s expert knowledge of the Care sector has confirmed QCIS as one of the UK’s leading Care Home Insurance Brokers.

Lorrie joined QCIS as the Commercial Operations Manager in 2014. Lorrie brings a wealth of experience in the Insurance industry and is responsible for the management of our head office and confirms that our working practices are compliant. Lorrie ensures that our team are delivering an exceptional customer service to our Commercial Clients

Chris is responsible for the management of Quality Cares’ new scheme and product opportunities utilising over 10 years’ experience in the commercial insurance industry. Creating and developing all policy documentation and delivering product training to ensure our team meets the high expectations of our client base and insurer panel.

New Business Operations Manager

Sarah has over 10 years’ experience in the Care Sector and has seen her role mature and develop over the years. Sarah is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the New Business team for QCIS, driving activities to ensure the KPI’s and business objectives of the team are met and the sales plan is delivered.

New Business Executive

As a New Business Executive, Alice provides quotes and converts them into New Business in line with her individual and the NB team targets. CII qualified Alice has worked in the insurance industry for over 5 years.

James Pursell

James’ role is to develop new business leads via telephone and email campaigns, identifying the key decision makers with responsibility for the Care Home insurance. James works closely with the New Business Executives supplying appointments and leads for the Executives to quote and convert into new clients. James also brings over 8 years experience in personal lines insurance to the team.

Section Head Existing Business

The newest member of our Existing Business team, Carli brings over 10 years’ experience in personal lines and this is her first venture into the world of commercial insurance. Carli is on a steep learning curve and is being supported with internal and external training programmes.

With over 6 years knowledge and experience within the Domiciliary Care sector, Lauren leads our department and is tasked with the daily management of our domiciliary clients within both a new business and renewal setting. Lauren is also responsible for meeting and exceeding current renewal retentions.

Leanne has worked in the Care sector for over 7 years and has a good insight into the client make up and challenges of the sector. Leanne manages a portfolio of clients who sit in the Existing Business and Corporate team, the demands of which utilises her proven knowledge and skill set.

Administrator Existing Business Team

Toni provides end to end administrative support to the Commercial Account Handlers ensuring our customers receive all documents and claims updates in a timely and efficient manner.

Having joined QCIS as a New Business Executive in 2011 Gary has moved into the role of Corporate Account Executive providing a complete end to end service 24/7 to our existing and new corporate clients. Gary’s experience and knowledge ensures that all corporate queries, requests, claims and quotations are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
