PSS Engineering was founded in 2009 using key personnel with a vast amount of industry specific knowledge culminating in the business shown today.
Key personnel of the company have many years of selling experience within the industry and have established a good network of suppliers and negotiated excellent prices that enable PSS Engineering to be price competitive.
PSS Engineering has managed turnkey projects up to the value of 1 million within multi-million development projects with high dependency on the equipment we manufacture. We can assist in the decision making process for clients on procurement, industry standards and design covering all aspects of the industries we serve.
From build of small mobile vessels to large scale skid built systems including frames, pipework and tanks. We employ and keep in house the key fabrication work centres which allow us to control our production schedule. The business employs coded welders and fabricators who are qualified to produce the highest quality fabrications whose performance is regularly checked by third party inspection bodies. We employ and keep in house our own polishing team which ensures our fabrications are delivered with industry standard finishes to the highest accuracy.
The company takes pride in its ability to offer all types of process equipment fabrication, pipe work installation, modification and repair in a variety of fields and is characterised by the innovative approach to solving customer's problems.
PSS Engineering was established to provide stainless steel pipe work installation and fabrication predominantly to the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Food Processing industries.
PSS Engineering is able to offer the complete services of design, procurement, manufacture and testing with a fully equipped facility including state of the art enclosed orbital welding technology.

The end product was exceptionally well designed and fabricated - there were significant complications regarding min mixing and cooling levels; and sampling port locations that were eliminated by competent and experienced engineering design and consultation
