Co-founder of Hira Construction, Paresh provides strategic and professional guidance to the Project Management team. Overall role involves ensuring efficient operation and delivery for profitable growth. To achieve this growth, he is responsible for all activities focused on ensuring that projects are delivered to timescale, budget and quality, whilst maintaining excellent standards of health and safety and client satisfaction.
Co-founder of Hira Construction, alongside strategic guidance to the production of pre-construction programmes, he also puts resource strategies in place and manages resource costs to overhead budgets.
Vik is responsible for ensuring that the materials required for our projects are provided to schedule and according to projected budgets with support from Project Managers. Role includes providing prices for all materials included in project plans and drawings, identifying potential suppliers and new products and contacting a range of suppliers and sub‐contractors to obtain quotations and agree delivery times.

Hira Construction D&B Limited have recently completed the construction of a building including 3 flats and retail unit to a very high standard at a competitive cost. We are delighted with the quality of the work Hira have done in restructuring and rebuilding most of our double-fronted late Victorian house. The craftsmanship on the woodwork; the subtle and complex curves throughout on plasterwork; the sharpness of the finish – all these make for a house that now looks and feels great combining much of the Victorian old with much of the brightness of the new. We particularly valued the constructive contribution of the foreman Hira put on the job for most of the project – whose professionalism and courtesy throughout made a long process (while we were living in the house) much more manageable.
