To avoid loss or breakage, it is important that you look after your retainers as instructed. However sometimes mishaps do happen. If you do have any problems regarding your retainers, our friendly reception team are there to help you. – 01271 343688. Please note that the NHS does not routinely cover the cost of lost or broken retainers, so you will need to pay a charge for repair or replacement.
