Under new law, if you are looking to reroof your property it must be notified to and approved by your Local Authority Building Control unless carried out by an installer who is registered with the Competent Roofer Scheme. This applies to both pitched and flat roofs. Bury Roofing is now working with the Local Authority through building and planning in the prevention of Cowboy Roofers. We are the only roofing company in Bury and its surroundings that is part of this scheme.
