Since inception, the company has established itself by providing simple, competitive finance options to businesses of all sizes across the UK. Some have been established for many years, others are “new start”.
Our prime focus is building long term relationships with customers. Repeat business accounts for 60% of deals each month and we constantly monitor our interest rates and customer services levels
VAF also works with a number of introducers – vehicle dealers, machinery and equipment suppliers, accountants and other professionals – who refer SME customers to us. Our Introducer relationships are very important to us and we want to help them to grow their own businesses. We control the finance deal from beginning to end, to ensure the process is simple and straight-forward.
Our lending partners are a panel of industry-leading Banks and Finance companies, all of whom are open for business and keen to lend. We value these relationships, which have been forged over a number of years.
