We design products using state of the art computer aided design (CAD) systems. These systems enable us to apply design for manufacture techniques thoughout the project ensuring the product is optimised for the correct manufacturing and assembly process, allowing expert analysis of a product during the design process. This enables us to check parts, assemblies and interference detection long before prototyping and manufacturing, which saves our clients time and money.
For effective visualisation of a product, we use 3D CAD modelling to provide photo-realistic images, for both product concept sign off and marketing materials. Our product design CAD system allows us to liaise directly with rapid prototyping machines, and through computer aided manufacture (CAM) we can download part designs directly to CNC machining centres, enabling seamless design to production transition.
