We are very much a service based company and place great store in caring for our clients and hope for their return business. We are very aware that the customer always has an option to go elsewhere and we feel that both new and existing customers deserve to be looked after.

We guarantee to attend a broken down water cooler within 2 working days of a call into our offices. Usually we are able to fix the dispenser on site, however if the cooler needs to come back to our fully equipped workshop a loan cooler will be installed usually the following day.

We are happy to visit your premises, carry out a full site survey and explain exactly what's involved in installing your choice of cooler.
