MySpa was established in February 2009 by Father and son Peter and Andrew Wroot. A family run business focusing on the service, repair and maintenance of hot tubs and swim spas to our large database of customers built on more than 15 years in the hot tub industry.
MySpa are proud partners of world famous Sundance Spas and L.A. Spas. Manufacturing quality American hot tubs since the 1970’s, Sundance and LA Spas hot tubs and Swim Spas are sought after around the world and we have carefully selected their products to ensure we can offer the finest build quality and performance, backed up by market leading warranty and service. We are committed to provide customers with a relaxed, professional and informative experience from selecting the desired product right through to installation and establishing a relationship that is ongoing to provide swift and professional back up support.
These goals and MySpa’s growing reputation has lead to our newest partnership. In 2014, MySpa have teamed up with Compass Pools to bring the most luxurious and quality ceramic composite swimming pools to the East midlands. This new addition gives us the complete range of wet leisure wellness and fitness products sourced from the best manufactures in their fields. We also offer sauna and steam rooms for commercial or domestic use from world renowned Helo and Tylo, as well as a full range of popular hot tub, swimming pool and wellness accessories.
Our expanding Leicester hot tub showroom has more than 12 spas on display detailing a good cross section of our range to suit all needs and budgets. With our new changing facilities, we strongly recommend any potential hot tub owner to try before they buy, as this is the most effective way to experience and feel the difference, ensuring you pick the right spa for you and your family. We also have a selection of approved used spas which we are confident have been fully restored and well maintained. With our dedicated team of factory trained hot tub engineers and vast stock of common parts and accessories, you can have piece of mind that we will be able to keep your spa running.
Our shop manager and accounts administrator, Laura left the jewellery industry in 2012 to join the family business and keep us all in check!
