ABOUT NIGHTINGALE HOLISTIC SERVICES LIMITED
Nightingale Holistic Services Ltd is the domiciliary care agency based in Caterham-on-the-Hill. The service provides highly individualised care and support to a variety of personalities of varying ages, all of whom have one thing in common. They require regular daily assistance, for health and social care reasons, to live independently and safely in a home of their own.
Each person has a tenancy agreement with their Landlord and is eligible for support to be provided from the Nightingale support team, according to their assessed need.
The Registered Director on site is Mr Jermaine Rodrigues. The Registered Manager is Ms Clare Ireland, Dip.5 Leadership and Management Award in Health and Social Care.Originally a large family home and later a registered care home, the house was converted into three large flats in 2009 designed to provide tenancies and supported living for people on the Autistic Spectrum of Conditions (with associated learning difficulties).
Philosophy of Care
At Nightingale Holistic the philosophy of support is centered in the common sense values, duty of care, human rights and equality.
Autism training is provided in the building to all staff (accredited certification). There are in addition three Autism Champions on the team.
