Bowsall specialise in the procurement and delivery of new homes in collaboration with established Registered Providers (RP’s). Since inception the company has established an enviable track record in the acquisition of sites in the affordable housing sector.

The company uses its extensive expertise to identify sites for RP’s with planned development programmes using grant allocation or their own funds. We work closely with our client end users to ensure value for money projects are delivered to the desired tenure, specification and location needs

In essence the company provides an ‘all-in-one’ service by procuring legal control over sites and then resolving all land, technical and planning issues.

Projects can be developed through our sister company – Bowsall Construction Limited, who build sustainable, high quality homes constructed to meet all the design standards of both the RP and the HCA at a competitive value and stand as legacy today in respect of our commitment towards creating sustainable communities.

Bowsall offer Registered Providers a fresh solution to solving the crisis in affordable housing in the UK. We work with Registered Providers countrywide from our Manchester office. Using our expertise and experience we offer a set package price for site identification, land acquisition and construction as well as taking the development through the technical and planning stages.

Here at Bowsall we are currently working with 49 Registered Provider Partners. With a UK wide knowledge of the market for land we offer a nationwide service.

Our sister company the Strategic Land Group ltd specialises in the acquisition and promotion of strategic land to guide through the planning system. We specialise in both brownfield and greenfield sites to meet housing needs in areas which desperately need houses for people. We are continuously looking for strategic land, across England, to procure on a short, medium or long term basis.
