The Essex School of Beauty has been run under the expert guidance of Shelley Blackburn for 7 years, a highly experienced tutor, and therapist for almost 18 years.
Shelley is very passionate about making sure all the students under her guidance leave the School full of enthusiasm and knowledge and with the confidence to jump straight into a new career. We have a very high pass rate at the School, but if Shelley feels you would benefit from additional training (offered free of charge!) you will be invited back to carry out some more study.
Your beauty training products and any specialised equipment will be provided by the school ready for you to use in practical sessions. For most courses we provide the models for you to carry out all your practical treatments as our unique hands-on training enables all students to benefit immediately from carrying out treatments on real clients.
We are one of the only schools who specialise in offering our students one to one training and our high standards of teaching, ensures the knowledge and training you receive will be extremely comprehensible and invaluable to your future career.

Our courses are held on a one-to-one basis where it is easier to absorb techniques and the subject you are learning, from our Training Studios in Hockley or Rayleigh. During our intensive, but relaxed training courses, you will have the full attention and support of a highly experienced tutor, with lots of guidance and encouragement to help you succeed in your learning goals.
