This service is provided by DPD. They will send you an email or SMS message on the morning of the delivery with a 1 hour delivery time estimate.
Express, Special & Named Day Delivery is not currently available for all of our products. These delivery options will be made available to you on the shopping basket page if they are available for the products you have selected.
Just choose the 'Collection Point' option on the shopping basket page, then search through and select from all of your local Post Office branches whilst viewing their opening times and location on a map. Once your parcel is available to collect you will receive a notification via Email and SMS (if you choose to provide us with your mobile phone number).
NOTE: You may be required to sign for your delivery. Your products will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days if no-body is present to sign for them. If you do not collect within 7 days the products are returned to us and you will be liable for cost of re-delivery.

We make every effort to ensure our product photography is accurate, but all images are for illustration purposes only. Sometimes the packaging may have changed since the photo was taken, or the photography may be of a different size of the same product. Please read the product description carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct item.
Customers have the right to return their order within 28 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, the products must be returned unopened and unused in order to obtain a refund of the product cost. The customer must contact Perfume Click in order to confirm the return of any product.
We request that products are returned in their original packaging.
All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged. Return postage cost may be covered with a free returns label sent to the customer. If goods received are unwanted, incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt you must then contact us to receive a free returns label. Evidence will be required to support a claim.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Perfume-Click.co.uk will provide the customer with a free returns label and, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, provide the customer with a refund or a replacement.
Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the cost of products only. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. If they still require the item the customer will need to reorder.
If your order is eligible for free delivery and you return the products, through no fault of Perfume Click Ltd, you will be liable for the original postage costs of £2.95
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against products shown on the Perfume Click website (www.perfume-click.co.uk)
