Created by Dawn K Bruce (MBA MCIPD), DKB is an established Training Company specialising in Professional Learning & Development Consultancy. We currently have a Team of over 20 Associates with a combined experience of hundreds of years in a wide variety of fields.

The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is for aspiring or practicing Supervisors, Team Leaders and First-Line Managers. The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is the UK’s largest management body, combining industry-leading qualifications and specialist member services. The ILM Level 5 award in Leadership and Management is an industry recognised qualification and roughly equates to The second year of an under-graduate degree, Diploma of Higher Education, HNDs, BTEC Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards, We are able to deliver this course in partnership with Leeds Beckett University.
