Paralegal – focusing on company commercial and litigation
You are frustrated that there are few opportunities for you to develop your legal career, but you also appreciate that we may be frustrated with a commonly held belief that a law degree entitles anyone to a legal career. It does not. It is about hard work, a positive attitude, commitment and proving yourself. We are offering an opportunity for you to prove yourself. The path with us is staggered – there are key stages in which you need to prove yourself, and when you do we move to the next stage.
If you are interested and have a minimum 2:1 LLB, have completed your LPC in the past 12 months or are currently in a legal role, then let us know. Solicitor – any of Employment/ Litigation/ Commercial Property & Landlord and Tenant/ Company and Commercial/ Intellectual Property
You have a minimum of 3 years experience, and feel undervalued where you are. You have drive and ambition, and are prepared to be judged on your contribution. You can help us develop our business, but appreciate that in doing so you have to meet billing and other key objectives.
Consultant – any of Employment/ Litigation/ Commercial Property & Landlord and Tenant/ Company and Commercial/ Intellectual Property
You have at least 5 years experience as a solicitor, and a following. You want additional work on an ad hoc basis, or simply the regulatory environment to provide services to your clients as a solicitor. You enjoy applying your time and energy to the law, and to benefit from the effort you make. You do not want to be burdened with administration and overall compliance responsibilities.
