ABOUT PATHWAYS SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED
Pathways Support Services understands that the transition from care to independent living can be extremely stressful and daunting for young people.
Our team of highly-skilled, qualified and motivated staff work with and support young people aged 16-21 who may be subject to after-care services provided by Social Services. Throughout the process, Pathways Support Services work with the young people, helping them to develop essential skills in order to independently cope with everyday issues and to become confident members of the community.
Pathways Support help the young people affliated with our services to seek out appropriate leisure and recreation activities.
We at Pathways Support Services believe in the importance of having qualified staff to undertake the specialist role in assisting young people
Pathways is an independent organisation that works alongside local authorities to provide support and accommodation for young people.
