Ictorva Limited is the trading entity for Andrew Loveless Commercial Services and Veritas Conservation.
Construction cost estimating and cost planning functions help Clients decision-making. Schedules of dilapidations provide a basis for alteration and repair works. Accurate records of building features, before, during and after work takes place, are always useful but particularly in older or historically important buildings. Careful estimating for contractors and sub-contractors makes the difference between winning and losing a bid as well as the difference between making or not making a profit on secured work. Bespoke estimating and procurement techniques are a speciality. Andrew has also co-edited a nationally recognized building price book. Once under way, good project accounting is essential for client and contractor alike. Interim and final valuations can be simple or complex. Whilst careful documentation usually eliminates the likelihood of disputes, some construction schemes suffer unavoidable contractual difficulties. In many cases, careful monitoring and diplomatic correspondence assist all parties to resolve the issues economically. Andrew has extensive experience of dealing with these issues, primarily between 'employer' and 'contractor' on major schemes. Assistance has also been given to contractors and sub-contractors in assembling data and issuing notices according to their contract terms and conditions. Training can be given in all manner of Quantity Surveying and Estimating procedures.
The number and types of projects and other commissions are possibly unrivalled by any other individual operator.
