In many cases, careful monitoring and diplomatic correspondence assist all parties to resolve the issues economically. Andrew has extensive experience of dealing with these issues, primarily between 'employer' and 'contractor' on major schemes. Assistance has also been given to contractors and sub-contractors in assembling data and issuing notices according to their contract terms and conditions.
