About Laryngotech
Laryngotech is a company comprising of skilled medical professionals with over 20 years of surgical experience in the ENT field. We recognised several years ago that there was a very clear need for a multifunctional training tool which would allow ENT surgeons the opportunity to hone their surgical skills in a simulated environment with both the more traditional micro-instruments and with lasers.
The Laryngotech mannequins have been developed over several years of teaching ENT trainees in a theatre environment. Validation studies confirm its value as a simulator in improving surgical skills. The synthetic vocal cord inserts with different pathologies have a definite advantage over animal tissue.
The Laryngotech team has continued to develop its products via rigorous testing and through the provision of training seminars to NHS trusts in London, Brighton, Birmingham, Cardiff and Derby (amongst others) since 2009.
Interest has been shown in this product from Europe, the Far East and America. We are focused on continued research and development to ensure that Laryngotech are consistently providing the most innovative simulators for the teaching of medical trainees.

Introducing Laryngotech
The company was formed in 2012. It’s aim is to create a training mannequin to give laryngologists and other ENT professionals the opportunity to hone their surgical skills on a realistic model in both theatre and the office/outpatient environment.
Laryngotech has developed anatomically detailed products with accurate pathology for the teaching and fine-tuning of advanced laser and micro-surgical skills and also to enable consultant-led training scenarios to improve leadership and teamwork.
