Tony founded Absolute Performance back in 2008. With over 20 years in the industry, he has a wealth of experience ranging from fitness facility management to specialist high performance equipment sales. He’s happiest spending time looking after our clients, getting to know them and understanding their needs. A great problem solver, Tony works tirelessly to ensure the right solution is delivered, first time.
Simon joined Absolute Performance in May 2013 as National Sales Manager. He’s worked in the industry since 2000, as a gym instructor, a swimming teacher, a personal trainer and then progressing to a gym manager. Like Tony, Simon is responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with the smooth running of projects and installations and is always up for a new challenge. In true AP style, he’s not happy until our clients are.
Siân set up Absolute Performance alongside Tony, and is responsible for keeping the business running smoothly back at HQ. With over 20 years experience in blue chip marketing, Siân leads the business and marketing strategy, spending time behind the scenes to keep things on track, as well as promoting AP at exhibitions and conferences. Siân keeps a watchful eye on making sure our clients are at the heart of what we do.
Chris joined Absolute Performance in 2014 having spent eight years working in freight logistics. With a keen eye for detail on site, his strengths lay in co-ordinating the team of engineers in the delivery of flooring and equipment solutions, to the exacting standards of Absolute Performance. Also responsible for product servicing, Chris loves a challenge, especially those that involve a tool kit!
