Watermark Engineering Ltd was formed in 2009 as a mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering consulting company. We specialise in designing and project managing mechanical and electrical new-build and refurbishment projects, in the domestic market.

Founder John Sandy has a wealth of experience as a mechanically biased engineer in contracting and engineering consultancy services, all in the UK. Watermark Engineering Ltd was founded to formalise the M&E consulting services experience gained over the past 30+ years.

Not only does WME have more than 30 years experience but furthermore we seek to establish a competitive edge in our target market by increasing our level of customer contact to a degree that we think other competitors seem to sometimes lack. We possess the necessary skills to provide the customer service and produce the design quality that are needed in building services engineering, especially when it comes to designing for larger and more complex commercial projects.
