NCH CONSULTANCY SERVICES
NCH Consultancy Services Ltd was formed in 2008 when the Founder, Nick Hillman, wanted to give smaller clients the advantages and cost benefits that corporate blue chip clients get as a matter of course.
He started NCH Consultancy Services as he felt that the problem with the larger Consultancy Firms was that they tended to compartmentalise each discipline rather than take a holistic view that a successful project would be one where each specialist has background knowledge of the other disciplines. In having this the specialist would be aware of the impact on the whole job of any decision each had made.
In addition to this knowledge we ensure that our employees have experience in both the client and contractor side of the construction industry, thus ensuring that we know both parties priorities and in doing so ensure that we provide the best service for our employer whichever he/she may be.
It is this knowledge and experience that has enabled NCH Consultancy Services to provide Construction Management on a number of different projects, from specialist home build projects to large scale infrastructure projects.
We have also provided resource backup to some of the larger Consultancy and Construction Companies when they have required specialist Cost Consultants as well as when they require a quick response backup to augment their existing workforce.
In addition to the Project Management and Cost Consultancy work we also have developed contacts within the Architectural and Engineering industry and in doing so have ensured that we can provide all Construction Services a client would require and any given project, in other words a “one stop shop” consultancy.
