Here at Consumer Finance Claims we are specialists in preparing and processing claims against financial institutions for compensation and redress on behalf of our clients.

Drawing on vast experience and expert legal backing we are able to audit credit agreements for loans, credit cards, HP agreements and some mortgages. Throughout our audit process we look to identify elements of unfairness and mis–selling which will lead to compensations been paid to our clients in the way of refunds or redress.

Unfair and mis–sold credit agreements can be identified for a number of reasons but here at Consumer Finance Claims we identify two key areas; we examine the prescribed terms of the agreement and how the product was sold to our client at the time of sale.

We understand that for many these are hard times of uncertainty to endure and our dedicated Debt Management department can work with you to help keep monthly outgoings down to one fixed, manageable sum you can afford. All correspondence and negotiations to lenders are carried out on your behalf and we ensure that direct contact between them and you is kept to an absolute minimum. In some cases we can look to reduce balances and/or freeze ongoing interest.

Our dedicated Debt Management department can help to arrange flexible Debt Management plans, IVA's (Individual Voluntary Arrangements) and Scottish Trust Deeds.
