Crockerton Furniture Centre Ltd is a traditional family owned furniture store. Owned by Mark Nicholas, who was brought up in the bungalow at the top of the shopping centre, himself and his family still own the whole site.
We have a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over many years in the furniture retail sector, Janie the Manager or one of her staff are always on hand to give you the help and advice you may need to make your purchase a pleasant and easy one.
No Hard Sells
At Crockerton we will not chase you around the shop, come and take your time to wander around at your own speed, and decide what items you require, we are always there to help.
We are just off the A350, in Crockerton Shopping Centre which was one of the First out of Town Shopping Centres in the Country. Many Local people will remember Normans Cash & Carry being downstairs. We now have Furniture Over two floors with Recliners Chairs, and much more being downstairs for customers who cannot get up the stairs. Unfortunately being an old building we haven't got a lift but given some notice we can always take goods downstairs for you. The Building may be old but make sure you come and have a look around one Customer commented we are a HIDDEN GEM.
Mark has been in the furniture trade all his life and Janie having been at Crockerton since we opened, after coming from a furniture manufacture background, but having FURNITURE in her blood, her Grandfather being Jack Haskins, both Janie & Marks families started together at the local Markets and both started successfully Local Furniture business. Mark has been running our
ILMINSTER WAREHOUSE for over 20 years they offer a full range of Furniture & Beds similar to us however they also sell DIY Products and electricals.
Having two stores we are firm believers in buying stock at the right price so therefore offering you the customer the best deal we can give you.
Crockerton Furniture is different from other stores we will not be running weekly/monthly sales, the only discounted items in the store will be clearance displays or stock clearance items. We believe in a good quality product at and honest price all year around. We pride ourselves on customer service, we want you to come back and buy from us again and tell your friends and family.
