Lester Solutions Ltd is a company with a wide range of products specialising in the manufacture of plastic and re-granulates. We pay special attention to continuous product development, improving product quality and increasing customer satisfaction. The confirmation of these actions is to obtain a certificate of quality management according to EN ISO 9001:2001, AS / NZS ISO 14001:2004 and EN ISO 22000:2005. With the introduction of new technologies and upsizing our distribution department we are able to fulfil any order.
Machines and high-quality raw materials used in production, allows us to offer high quality products. Among the variety packs for industrial applications we offer packaging, involving universal application.
LDPE is also suitable for food use and food contact which is characterised by high resistance to low temperatures. Our products used for food have been tested by the Centre for Packaging Research and Development. Consequently, the research we haveundertook, we have obtained a certificate for use of products involving food contact. Products intended for contact with food are made of clear film. They can be used as packaging for grocery - protection. In our offer there are also bags of clear LDPE and HDPE used for baking and sewing. On request, we are also able to ionize the film for printing and this in turn makes it become more stable.
Recycling helps reduce their weight in landfills and garbage dumps. Segregation allows for nearly 100% being able to use them again. With the foil waste, selective collection for recycling goes where it is processed into the reclaimed section. Blow LDPE / LLDPE, HDPE and PP to successfully replace the original material produced in the petrochemical industry and refineries. We specialise in the distribution of polyethylene LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE to the full range of applications: film production, the blow moulding, extrusion and PP homopolymer, PP copolymer at ejaculation and the injection of 20 petrochemical in the world.
