He has focused on delivering value through his vision and innovation and has been responsible for many `world-first` deployments in the International Air-rail links and Train Operating Companies arena. Graeme spent nine years as Head of Non-Fare Revenue on Heathrow Express & Gatwick Express brands, during which he spearheaded advertising and technology innovations. He also holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
